Where are our pieces made?
All of our pieces are made by hand both at my home studio in Fitzroy and my workshop in Heidelberg, Melbourne.
Do you carry any stock on hand?
All of our pieces are made to order!
Why are there lead times on all orders?
All of our pieces are custom made - hence the lead times.
Can you craft a piece using materials I already have?
If you have an existing piece or fabric you'd like us to incorporate, we're more than happy to utilise existing materials
Can I request custom materials and dimensions?
Absolutely! Get in touch to see how we can make your vision a reality.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, however, if you receive a piece that is damaged, we will endeavour to either repair or replace it.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes
Do you ship overseas?
No, we are currently only servicing Australian customers.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We will deliver orders ourselves within the Melbourne Metropolitan Area. This option will appear at the checkout for all Melbourne addresses. If you select it and your address does not fall within the above range, you will receive an email containing an invoice for the shipping costs.
